1. T&Cs for use of our e-commerce platform

  1. Any person who accesses or uses our e-commerce platform(www.sreeshoes.com) in any manner shall be subject to these terms and conditions of use and be bound by the policies formulated by SREE SHOES officials.
  2. These T&C for use, prescribed by SREE SHOES officials, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the firm SREE SHOES, in connection with the access to or use of the Platform. We request you to read and follow these terms and conditions carefully to avoid any policy violation(s) and for a better experience.

    2. Updates in terms and conditions

    1. SREE SHOES officials may update, modify, or amend these terms and conditions (including any portion of them) at any time, with or without advance notice. But the terms and conditions applied to your purchase will be mentioned on the invoice and be applicable for that purchase irrespective of any further changes.
    2. Therefore, on each purchase, the service will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions in force during that time.

      3. Termination of user (or customer) service

      1. Each user and consumer of the www.sreeshoes.com eCommerce store is liable to obey our Terms and Conditions. We hold all the rights to terminate your services if we find a violation of any of our terms and conditions on your end.
      2. If we are unable to provide delivery of your order to your address, we will cancel the order. In case of order cancellation, you will be notified through SMS or email. For prepaid orders, 100% of the order amount will be refunded in the same transaction mode within 7 days from the day of cancellation.
      3. As per our terms and conditions, we are bound and responsible to provide service only on those products that are sold through our official platform, www.sreeshoes.com . We are not obligated or responsible to provide service on any products of the brand SREE SHOES sold by third party sellers.

        4. Changes in MRP and discount

        1. We reserve all rights to update or modify our products MRP or discount schemes at any time, with or without advance notice.
        2. The MRP of our products does not change frequently, but we do offer seasonal and festival discounts up to 70% off, and additional coupon codes can also be offered.
        3. Our terms and conditions, services, and liability will only be applicable to purchases through our official online portal, www.sreeshoes.com . We will not be liable for any modification to our product, price changes, or discount changes made by any third-party seller.

            5. Products sold by third-party seller

            1. Any product or service of the brand SREE SHOES, not sold by SREE SHOES's official platform (www.sreeshoes.com), will be considered a product or service sold by a third-party seller.
            2. Our product(s) may also be available for purchase in the retail or wholesale market by authorised sellers. Unauthorised sellers are not allowed to sell any of our products on any platform. If we find that our product is being sold by an unauthorised seller or that our brand name or logo is being used to sell their products, we may file a legal complaint against that unauthorised seller.
            3. Authorised dealer(authorised third-party seller) is allowed to formulate the terms and conditions, applicable to our product(s) sold by their platform.
            4. Authorised third-party seller will be liable to provide you with the services and warranties of your purchase according to the applicable terms and conditions formulated by the authorised third-party seller.
            5. If you find a duplicate of any of our products sold by a third party seller with the 'SREE SHOES' brand name or our 'brand logo', we request that you inform us.

              6. Returns and exchange policy on the products, sold on our official platform, www.sreeshoes.com

              1. If there is any issues with your product, you can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
              2. Our terms and conditions are subject to change over time, so whatever terms and conditions are applicable to your product at the time of purchase, will also be mentioned on the invoice. Therefore, on each purchase, the service will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions in force during that time.
              3. A return or exchange request can be made by submitting a return or exchange request form. To submit the return form or exchange form, click on the Return Request section or the Exchange Request section given in the quick link bar at the footer.               4. Once the return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up from the delivery address. In the meantime, keep the product in its original condition with all accessories until pickup.

              6. Please return the products in their original condition, including the accessories, tag, and packaging.
              7. In the case of a return request, the customer will have to pay a convenience fee for pickup. The return of the product will be free of charge only if the wrong product, a damaged product, no product in the parcel, or the wrong size is delivered.
              8. If you have received a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
              9. In the case of an exchange request, the customer will not be charged any fee for pickup and further delivery.

                7. Limitations on the return and exchange of the product or service sold by SreeShoes.com

                1. You are welcome to try on the product, but do take adequate measures to preserve its original condition.
                2. The product must be returned in its original condition, including the accessories, tag, and packaging.
                3. Products that are customised or made to measure are not eligible for a return or exchange.
                4. 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to be submitted (via email at sreeshoes@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9457007706) for return or exchange request approval only if you claim that you received the wrong product, a damaged product, or no product in the parcel or box.
                5. Issues Related to an 'Empty Box, Missing Product, Wrong Product' Delivered, or Defective Product Delivered Complaints will only be accepted for RETURNS against refund, all other requests will be rejected.
                6. In the case of a return request, the customer will have to pay a convenience fee for pickup. The return of the product will be free of charge only if the wrong product, a damaged product, no product in the parcel, or the wrong size is delivered.
                7. In the case of an exchange request, the customer will not be charged any fee for pickup and further delivery.

                    8. Billing, Invoicing and Shipping

                    1. The price displayed with the product is inclusive of all applicable taxes and additional charges.
                    2. You will receive an invoice for your purchase by email, along with the hard copy with delivered product. This invoice shall be used as proof of purchase and for claiming any applicable warranty, return, or exchange request.
                    3. The invoice issued for your purchase will include the billing information, taxes, terms and conditions, return and exchange policy, etc. applicable to your purchase.
                    4. Once the return request is approved and the refund is initiated, the invoice for your purchase will no longer be valid.

                      9. Any advertisement or affiliate link provided by any third party that uses our brand name, logo, or product images for display but doesn't lead you to our official E-Commerce portal (www.sreeshoes.com)

                      1. We strongly suggest to avoid using any unauthorised platforms who use our brand name, logo, and brand products or photos in any manner to promote their platform using advertisement or affiliate links by displaying our product images, brand name, or logo, but don't lead you to our official E-Commerce portal (www.sreeshoes.com).
                      2. Our terms and conditions, services, and liability will only be applicable to purchases through our official online portal (www.sreeshoes.com). We are not liable for any modification to our product, price changes, or discount changes made by any third-party seller.
                      3. To the best of our knowledge, we may file a legal complaint against that unauthorised seller (user) who uses our brand name, logo, and brand products or photos in any manner that violates our property rights, sells brand duplicate products, or scams users (customers).
                      4. We highly appreciate it if you inform us of any suspicious or illegal activities that have been done by using our brand name, brand logo, products, or product images in any manner.

                        10. Copyright and Restricted use

                        1. You may be terminated from your services for violating our Terms and Conditions. Legal action may also be taken against you, primarily for violating the terms and conditions set forth in this section.
                        2. You are not allowed to sell any of our products purchased directly through our online portal (www.sreeshoes.com).
                        3. You are not allowed to use "our brand name (SREE SHOES), brand logo, or product images" to advertise the products or make any affiliate link that doesn't lead to our e-commerce portal (www.sreeshoes.com). And if it leads to that, you must have our authorisation to do that.
                        4. You are not allowed to use 'our brand name (SREE SHOES), brand logo, or product images' to promote or advertise any other brand or platform in any manner, and if you do so, you must have our authorisation to do that. 
                        5. You are not allowed to use our portal or its content to perform any illegal or unlawful activity. If you do so, we will take appropriate legal action against you, and all the active legal authorities are free to take legal action against your unlawful act.
                        6. We don't allow any of our product users to use our product or services in any unlawful or illegal manner. We will not be held responsible at all if any of our products or services are used, will be used, or are being used in any illegal way. All the active legal authorities are free to take legal action against your unlawful act.
                        7. In spite of not having proper knowledge about the problems that may arise in relation to our product and service, if you make any false or malicious statements against our product, services, brand, or our official platform, legal action can be taken against you in this regard (even if it is done intentionally).
                        8. You are not allowed to post or upload any content on any Platform (that contains our brand name (SREE SHOES), brand logos, products, or product images) that is defamatory, libellous, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive, illegal, or violates any law or legal rights of any individual or third-party. Otherwise, appropriate legal action may be taken against you. And You may be terminated from your Services.
                        9. We have not set any age limit to use our e-commerce platform, but if you are below 16 years of age, we request that you may use our platform only under the supervision of your parents. You are free to contact us for any issue or problem or to understand any of our terms and conditions on our platform.
                        10. We don't allow you to use any software, tool, agent engine, or other mechanism (such as avatars, robots, bombs, Easter eggs, robots spiders, time, worms cancel bots, intelligent agents, etc.) to navigate or search the Platforms. If any such act is traced by our team, then the appropriate legal action will be taken against you.
                        11. We don't allow you to upload, host, display, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share on or through the Platform, any information that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to destroy, interrupt, modify, or limit the functionality of any computer resource. If any such act is traced by our team, then the appropriate legal action will be taken against you. And all the active legal authorities are free to take legal action against your unlawful act. 

                            11. Privacy Policy

                            1. We respect your privacy, and your privacy is our top priority. Your submitted information is treated as confidential. Only top-level official faculty are allowed to access some of that information to provide you with a better user experience and to resolve the relative complaint.
                            2. You can sign up on our platform with a non-registered email address. Having an account on our platform is not mandatory to place an order. It is recommended that you sign up or log in first before placing an order.
                            3. We do not share any information you provide to us through account creation, ordering, or any other means that may qualify as confidential information. But we may share some of your Confidential Information with law enforcement officers if we take legal action against you for violating our Terms and Conditions.
                            4. We only use the collected personal information to process your order and improve our service.
                            5. Our eCommerce Platform is SSL-secure. i.e., our portal has an encrypted connection between the users on our site and the server.
                            6. Your data collected by us or by any third party will be confidential and used only for business-related purposes.

                              12. GOVERNING LAW and DISPUTE RESOLUTION

                              1. These Terms, all transactions consummated between you and our store (www.sreeshoes.com), the relationship between you and our store (www.sreeshoes.com), and all the services provided by us are governed by the laws of India.
